A man accused of killing his girlfriend has entered a plea of not guilty.
Andrew Rosenfeldt’s matter was spoken to Wednesday morning at Saskatoon Provincial Court. The case was subsequently adjourned to Feb. 22.
On Nov. 15, 2022, police in Saskatoon were called to a residence in the 1100 block of Ave. P. South. That’s where 20-year-old Nykera Brown was found deceased.
Rosenfeldt was arrested the same day and charged with second-degree murder.
At the time of her death, Brown had been living in Saskatoon for about six months. Prior to that she lived in Wakaw.
According to a GoFundMe account, Brown was the mother of a young son.
